It gives the student an outlet not only to do better research when he/she is unable to go to a library, but also the skills gained from not just knowing the fundamental basics of computing to advanced skills such as what you aforementioned is beyond our generation's (30-40yr olds, that is) comprehension. Imagine if we (as children) would've been like if these resources were available to us back in the 70's - 80's? I am glad that camps like these exist. At the very least, to have electoral classes like these in an established residential or day camp would be most useful for a child's development in our future.
