There are several ways to save money on power. Right now, a popular way to save is to have your own solar power system. There are actually a few different ways to use solar power for under a couple hundred bucks. Interestingly enough, solar power can be used to power normal things like lights, laptops and TV’s. If you want to do this properly, I would recommend getting a grid inter tied solar powered system.

Wind power is one interesting way to help the planet and stop wasting money on electricity. Funnily enough, it is actually possible to build a windmill in your own backyard and have it generate power for you. It’s possible to do with as little as a hundred bucks, but you’ll need diagrams and step-by-step instructions to do it properly.
